Originally hailing from Ireland, Alia's husband, John, now also calls Montrose home. He fell in love with the people and the community back in 2006 and is committed to supporting the growth and prosperity of the town's residents.

After traveling annually to Montrose for 20 years, Ryan and his wife chose to relocate permanently to the Western Slope to raise their 2 young children.
Ryan brings nearly 2 decades of commercial construction operations experience and a deep passion for legacy historic projects and the community in which he lives.
